It is incredibly important that decisions are made based on correct information and that information and decisions are accessible to all, says Klemetsen.

Most of what the different companies in various industries need to run the business, is taken care off in the iQS system. If our customers have specific needs, we can easily tailor-make the system for them, Mr. Klemetsen says.

The Company is well established, and have a constant need for more qualified employees.
We need to provide service 24 hours a day, says Klemetsen.
Today, they are established in 2 different locations in India, and do most of the programming from there.

He thinks it's really exciting to be involved in building up an IT company. The ambition of the IT Company is that within five years the turnover is 50 million NOK.
